I would like to register a complaint

It’s 11pm PST and Kip is still at work, and likely will be for another couple of hours. Then he gets to work tomorrow as well. Whee.
Actually, while I’m at it, I have another complaint. I just hooked up our new DSL service here at home and whereas everything is much faster moving, the same percentage of internet content is just as boring as it was with my dial-up service. Where’s my new and exciting internet experience?
Gosh, it was nice just barely seeing you last night. This morning? Oy. –And I missed the first DSL hookup! I feel like I missed a kid’s first steps.
Well, no. Not really. Actually, that’s kind of appalling.
I go back to work now.
57 million channels and nothing’s on…
Yeah, pretty much.
Though I can actually catch up on some online comics now.
And watch movie trailers, not at work. Though my co-workers and I make an event out of it.
