I love the movie The Hudsucker Proxy voraciously.

Just thought y’all should know that.

    Good Lord, Jennifer Jason Leigh is so hot in that flick. You’ve gotta love any gal who jawbones at a tommy gun-clip and who’se only “friend” in the world is a jar-jawed lunkhead name “Smitty”.

    Not to mention her impeccable Kate Hepburn impression.

    And everybody is so damn ON in that movie, including the writers and director. And the soundtrack.

    The Blue Letter scene still gives me such delight. It’s an amazing artificial movie that can pull off such obvious tropes as the signifying circle and still make me like the characters.

    And I think that might be my favorite Paul Newman movie as well, go figure.
